Refund Policies
Product Orders:

Refunds are only issued for orders with quality issues. General refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.

Refund Processing:

Shopify Payments: Refunds will appear in your account within 24 business hours.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations and Tips:

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once checkout is complete, we cannot cancel or refund these payments.
Membership Subscriptions:

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription period with no refund for the ongoing period.
Locked Messages:

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once payment is complete, we cannot cancel or refund the locked message.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and, depending on your location, Klarna/AfterPay and other local payment methods.

International Orders
Additional Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges, which vary by country. We cannot calculate these charges in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any such fees imposed on their packages.

At Podsarto, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with our products, and we guarantee their quality. In the event of a print error or any visible quality issue, we will replace or refund your purchase. To facilitate a speedy resolution, please provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and email them to us at support@podsarto.com.

General Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products: Since all products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
Cancellations
Product Orders Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel or amend your order at any time before it goes into production using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Once the order is in production, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution depending on the situation.
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy:

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once the checkout is complete, we cannot cancel or refund the donation or tips.
Membership Subscriptions Cancellation Policy:

Membership subscriptions can be canceled at any time via your profile settings page.
Cancellations take effect after the current membership period ends, and there is no refund for the ongoing period.
Damaged/Quality Issues
For the quickest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or damaged area of the item, along with your order number. Optimal pictures should be taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. Email these details to support@podsarto.com.
