What if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a defective item, simply email us a picture of it along with your order number at support@podsarto.com. If the item turns out to be faulty or wears off in the first wash, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. No need to return it – you can donate it. Just snap a picture of the defective item, and we'll take care of the rest.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We totally understand that it's highly frustrating not to receive the orders on time. You might have ordered it for a special occasion or you simply don't like waiting. Our orders are dispatched directly from our USA factory. Our factory ships the order(s) within 4-5 days from the date the order is received and confirmed. Normally, it takes up to 10-15 days by the delivery companies to deliver the goods.

Please note that all the orders are custom-made to your specification and this takes around 4 to 5 days to print and dispatch.

The courier companies/post offices normally deliver within 1 to 2 weeks. Please allow grace period to accomodate force majeure.You can track the order status by using the provided tracking number.

Where do you ship?

We exclusively ship all over the USA. We are considering to expand our markets shortly.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Is order cancellation possible once the order is placed?

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled because it is custom-made, just for you. Hence, kindly double-check the size, color, etc. and place the order.

What should I do if I received the wrong size for my order?

If you got the wrong size, please review your order. Many times, customers accidentally choose the wrong size during the ordering process. Unfortunately, if the wrong size was selected, we can't provide a replacement. So, please double-check the size before placing your order. However, if you ordered the correct size and received the wrong one, we'll gladly send you a replacement for free. Just inform us with a picture, and we'll take care of it for you.

Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?

Yes we do. Our design research team comes up with new offers once every fortnight. Please keep a watch on our new arrival section.

May I have the tracking number for my order?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (4-5 days). Email:support@podsarto.com/ Whatsapp +91 9167332890 with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one within 24 hours. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?

Please take due care to give the right address as we guarantee dispatch to the provided address.
